Meeting Registration & Cancellation

This meeting has now concluded.

To cancel your meeting registration, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund.  Refunds will be made, less a $25 service charge, upon receipt of written notice.  If you apply a portion of this refund to member dues or any MRS publications, the service charge will be waived.  MRS will not honor requests made more than one calendar month after the close of the meeting.  In case of cancellation, the fee for tutorial notes will not be refundable; notes will be forwarded.
