Advocacy Events | Government Agency Sessions 

MRS contributes to the development of the U.S. government's science and technology policy in materials-related areas by:

1. Responding to and initiating opportunities to interact with government officials and public and private organizations on matters of science and technology policy
2. Serving as a resource for reliable, unbiased technical and professional information, and
3. Stimulating responsible technical discussion and facilitating the exchange of information between policy makers, materials scientists, engineers, and the public.
