Talk Presentation:Materials Research Support at the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity

Dr. David Moehring is a program manager for the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) where he is responsible for the Multi-Qubit Coherent Operations Program that addresses the technical challenges of operating multiple qubits in close proximity. Before arriving at IARPA, Dr. Moehring held positions at Sandia National Laboratories and the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics, and he received his PhD from the University of Michigan.
