Abstracts must be submitted by May 5, 2017. Revisions will only be accepted until the abstract submission deadline. Papers will be selected by the Technical Program Committee based upon technical content. Authors will be notified by email by early July 2017 regarding the status of their paper. Notifications are sent only to the presenting author and corresponding author.
Abstracts MUST be prepared using instructions and format described in the Abstract Template. The abstracts must be submitted ONLY online. The only accepted format is Acrobat PDF. Please do not password protect your PDF file. After submission, a confirmation email will be sent.

Bulk and Epitaxial Growth
Defects, Material Studies and Characterization
Processing and Manufacturing
This topic includes submissions about MOS interfaces and Ohmic & Schottky contacts, as well as critical parameter control, reliability and qualification.
Power Devices, Circuits and Applications
This topic includes unipolar and bipolar SiC power devices, packages and modules, as well as power circuits and systems that utilize WBG.
Novel Devices and Concepts, Emerging Materials
This topic includes novel WBG devices (e.g. vertical GaN or quantum devices), sensors, ICs and MEMS, as well as emerging WBG materials (e.g. Ga2O3).
Late News Abstracts
Late news abstract submission will open in early July. A limited number of late news abstracts will be accepted for poster presentation at the conference. The percentage of abstracts selected for late news presentation will depend on the number of submissions, but selection will certainly be more rigorous than for regular abstracts. The same submission guidelines (template, topics, etc.) apply for late news abstracts as for regular abstracts, but each presenting author may only submit one late news abstract
