MRS Joint Meetings

To forward the Mission and Values of the Society, MRS builds interdisciplinary bridges between scientific communities. These bridges can span both topical areas of interest to our constituents as well as geographic boundaries. We partner with other organizations on a case by case basis to provide a framework in which the various materials disciplines can convene, collaborate, integrate and advocate.

• The XXII International Materials Research Congress (IMRC) 2013 will be held August 11-15, 2013, in Cancun, Mexico.  Symposium proposals for this meeting were requested by March 1, 2012 -- however, exceptional proposals received after that date will receive consideration.

• 2013 JSAP-MRS Joint Symposia

• September 16-20, 2013
• Kyoto, Japan
• The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) and the Materials Research Society (MRS) are excited to jointly sponsor 23 symposia as part of the 74th Japan Society of Applied Physics Autumn Meeting, which will be held September 16-20, 2013, at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.
