Check out NOVA's four-hour "Making Stuff" series on PBS, which is produced in cooperation with MRS; we have announced MRS Communications, an upcoming new letters and prospectives journal; the 2011 World Materials Summit will host its inaugural Student Congress; and MRS announces its new MRS Materials Theory Award. MRS Bulletin's latest issue is entitled: "Recent Developments in Solar Water-Splitting Photocatalysis" and featured articles include: "Phase transformation of poly (vinylidene difluoride) in energy harvesting" (Journal of Materials Research).
