The Materials Research Society publishes advertising of interest to MRS members and other individual and institutional subscribers. All advertising in MRS Bulletin, Journal of Materials Research and the Program & Exhibit Guide is subject to approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which is not in keeping with the publications’ standards. Advertisers and agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representation and illustrations) of advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claim arising therefrom made against the publisher. Publisher cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control.
All advertisements are accepted and published by the publisher upon the representation that the agency and advertisers are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher’s acceptance of such advertisements for publication, the agency and advertisers will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense arising out of publication of such advertisements, including, without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
