MRS Online Proceedings Library

The MRS Online Proceedings Library features almost 20,000 peer-reviewed papers presented at MRS Meetings.  Proceedings content is available in print book format (more than 925 topical volumes) and also electronically by individual paper since the 2000 Spring Meeting. Electronic papers are also available for a portion of the 1998 and 1999 Fall Meetings and the two Scientific Basis of Nuclear Waste Management titles shown at the left.  Some titles since 2000 (designated with an “E” after the volume number) are ONLY available as individual electronic papers. The complete collection of the electronically available papers comprises the Online Proceedings Library.  Individual papers are not currently available for the Proceedings published in earlier years.  See Proceedings (Book List) to purchase these titles in book form.

• Abstracts of the available electronic papers can be viewed by all website visitors by clicking on the “View Abstract” button for the respective paper.
• MRS Members have FREE access to the Online Proceedings Library (Members must login to gain access); nonmembers may purchase individual papers by clicking the “Purchase Paper” button for the respective paper. 
• Members and nonmembers may also purchase the print books (click the “Buy this Book” button for the respective book.)

You can locate specific paper(s) or books by browsing the Proceedings collections by Meeting (at the left) or using the “Search within Publications” feature in the website Search box (above). 

Several recent symposia have allowed authors to publish their PowerPoint presentations instead of publishing a proceedings paper.  We invite you to view these presentations.

To gain full access to the Online Proceedings Library, join MRS. Institutions and libraries may purchase print Proceedings volumes individually or at significant discount through our Standing Order Plan.  They may also purchase a 12-month unlimited subscription to the MRS Online Proceedings Library; access is provided via IP address.
