New Manuscript Submission
Prior to electronic submission, authors must consult the general author instructions for information on format, style, and types of manuscripts.
Manuscripts not prepared according to JMR specifications may be returned to the author and could experience significant delays in review and publication.
Before you proceed to the electronic submission screen, please be sure you have the following items
You are now ready to proceed to the JMR Manuscript Central site. Always check first for an existing account. Many authors have been entered into the system whether or not they have submitted a manuscript via this system. The system will only allow one account per unique e-mail address.
Do not create a new account!
To access your account, click "check for exising account" to obtain your userID and password. Log into the JMR Manuscript Central site and proceed to your Author Center. Your manuscript will be listed under "Manuscripts with Decisions" with an R1 extension for a first revision, R2 for second revision, etc. Click "Create Revision," which will move your manuscript to "Revised Manuscripts in Draft" in your Author Center. You must first view the decision letter and respond. After you have saved your response, follow the system instructions for resubmission. If the title, abstract, or author order has changed, this information must be updated.
When uploading your revised file, you need only replace the files that have been modified. If figure files have not been changed, you need not replace the current versions. Upon acceptance or revision of your paper, you will need to provide electronic files (TIFF or EPS) for each figure that meet JMR size and resolution requirements if you have not already done so. For detailed information please refer to the general author instructions.
