The 2009 MRS Fall Meeting will be held at the Hynes Convention Center and Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. For your convenience, special room rates have been arranged at the hotels listed below. (This map shows the locations of the hotels relative to the Hynes.) Rooms are limited at these rates, so make your reservation early. Your patronage of the official hotels enables MRS to secure the meeting space at a greatly reduced cost.

MRS has received reports that unofficial housing bureaus have been contacting exhibitors and potential attendees. These companies are not the official convention housing bureau for this event and are in no way affiliated with the 2009 MRS Fall Meeting. MRS encourages you to check with the Better Business Bureau before utilizing the services of any unsolicited travel company.

Regardless, all attendees are encouraged to use the discounted hotels listed below. MRS contracts directly with the hotels for sleeping rooms and meeting space, leaving out any middlemen; and our hotel partners contribute directly to defraying the expense of the meeting. When you make your reservation through the MRS website, we fulfill our contracted obligation and you are helping to keep the meeting expenses manageable. Registration rates, exhibit space fees and other services provided by MRS during the Fall Meeting are all directly impacted by the number of attendees who stay in the official conference hotels during the meeting.
