The fifth American Conference on Neutron Scattering will be hosted by the Canadian Neutron Beam Centre (National Research Council), and will be held at the Landmark Fairmont Château Laurier, located in the heart of Canada’s capital next door to the Parliament Buildings. The conference is being organized under the auspices of the Neutron Scattering Society of American (www.neutronscattering.org).
The conference is intended to showcase recent scientific results in neutron science in a wide range of fields, including soft and hard condensed matter, liquids, biology, magnetism, engineering materials, chemical spectroscopy, crystal structure, fundamental physics, and developments in neutron instrumentation. This will be accomplished through a combination of invited and contributed talks, along with poster and tutorial sessions.
This conference will also host a special session titled "The Future of Neutron Scattering in Canada." Find out more...
