Cancellation Policy for the Industrial Applications of X-Ray Diffraction Workshop

To cancel your meeting registration, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

• Refund request received up to 5 days prior to the start of the workshop
  Refund amount requested less a $25 processing fee.
• Refund request received less than 5 days prior to the workshop
  No refunds will be provided for requests made on or after November 22, 2011.
