Important Information for DRC 2020 Attendees

Thank you for registering for the 78th Device Research Conference (DRC) which is being held virtually this year from June 21-24. Below is important information pertinent to the Conference. Please read carefully.

  • All short course tutorials, oral presentations and the rump session will be presented on WebEx seminar between June 21-24. Four WebEx invitations will be sent shortly after June 17 to the email address used for your DRC registration. The same email address is required for WebEx login during the Conference. Please watch your inbox for the invitation email from

  • You will also receive an email shortly after June 17, inviting you to join the DRC 2020 Group on You will be able to view the Conference program and proceedings and access the poster sessions there. Once you receive the invitation email, please log in to nanoHUB if you already have an account, or establish an account and log in. If you already have a nanoHUB account that is registered with an email that is different from the email you used for DRC registration, please send us an email ( so that we can adjust the email address for your invitation.   • The 2020 Device Research Conference Digest and the DRC 2020 Group on contain abstracts and posters that are provided to registered Conference attendees solely to facilitate Conference discussions. Distribution or online posting of the Digest, any poster(s), or any part thereof, is strictly forbidden. You are permitted to keep a single digital copy of each file on your own electronic device for future personal reference. By downloading any of these documents, you indicate your agreement with these terms.
