Premier Registration

The Device Research Conference was pleased to offer a Premier Registration option, created for our corporate participants who wished to show their support to our device community. This support enabled us to offer reduced registration fees that increased student participation. We decided to take the difficulty out of traditional sponsorship paperwork and give corporate entities an easy way to support DRC simply by registering! Premier Registration was not required for any participant.

Bronze Tier—$999

One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish). We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

Registration refund requests received on or before June 10, 2022:
Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee.
Registration refund requests received between June 11, 2022, and the start of the Conference:
Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, after review of the request by DRC and MRS.
Registration refund requests received after the start of the Conference:
No refunds will be provided.
