About Tamara Gardner

Tamara Gardner began her entrepreneurial journey as the founder of Becoming Bodacious, a coaching and event production company designed to help women and teen girls gain confidence and control to THRIVE in their personal, professional, and/or educational lives.  Since then, she has added THRIVE BPC, a career and business performance consulting firm, published Time to THRIVE, a planner for women doing it all, and is developing THRIVE TALK BOSTON, a group to support and encourage women in business.

Tamara has held strategic leadership positions in HR, management consulting, executive recruiting, and internal communications prior to opening Becoming Bodacious.  Her decision to make the leap was cemented in early 2016, when stress accelerated an otherwise benign health condition into a critical emergency and landed her in the hospital for 32 days.   Referring to that time as “the best gift with the ugliest wrapping”, Tamara uses that and other real and relevant examples with her clients and audiences to drive home the importance of getting in control to manage stress and to successfully live their best lives.
