Join us to examine the many variables that exist during the evaluation and negotiation process of job offers. How do you know if this job is right for you? Strategies on the negotiation process will be discussed along with whether or not to negotiate and “What Can” and “What Can Not” be negotiated.

Tracy Burns is the Chief Executive Officer of NEHRA. Prior to this role, Tracy spent nearly 20 years working in corporate HR, most recently as vice president of human resources at Harvard Management Company, Inc. In addition to financial services, Tracy spent time as an HR leader and practitioner in publishing, food/beverage and higher education.

She is the author of Before and After Resumes: How to Turn a Good Resume Into A Great One and serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Work Without Limits, as well as the HR Business Advisory Board at Bryant University. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in business/human resources from California State University and a master’s degree in organizational development from Lesley University.
