All paid registrations include access to the Exhibit Hall and do not require a separate badge to access the Exhibit Hall.

  • Please note: Badges are required to enter the Exhibit Hall.  
  • Exhibitors: Invite clients and potential customers to the exhibit hall using this complimentary Exhibit Hall-Only pass link. The self-check-in process provides easy access to the exhibit floor to visit your booth during exhibit hours. 
  • For a smooth experience, we ask that all guests complete their pass information prior to arriving on site.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines::

  • Registration cancellation by March 13, 2025:
    Refund will be registration fees paid, less a processing fee of $50.
  • Registration cancellation made March 14 - April 6, 2025:
    Individuals registered as professionals will receive a refund of the registration fees paid, less an administrative fee of $250 ($200 for costs already incurred by MRS to date plus a $50 processing fee). No refunds will be provided to those registered as students, retired or unemployed.
  • Registration cancellation made on or after April 7, 2025:
    Refund requests will not be honored after the start of the meeting (April 7, 2025).
