Instructions for Cancelling Registration
You may cancel your meeting registration until November 22, 2021, without fee. After November 22, 2021, professional members are entitled to a full refund less a $175 administrative fee.
The timing of your cancellation is important in
determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made within the following guidelines:
- Registration cancellation made by November 22, 2021:
Registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
- Registration cancellation made November 23, 2021 – November 28, 2021:
Individuals registered as professionals will receive a refund of the registration fees paid, less an administrative fee of $175.
will be provided to those registered as students, retired or unemployed.
- Registration cancellation made on or after November 29, 2021:
Refund requests will not be honored after the start of the meeting (November 29, 2021).
Important (for Presenters): Cancelling your registration does not automatically change your presentation. The deadline to change your presentation from onsite to virtual or virtual to onsite has passed.
We are not be able to make any attendance changes. If you would like to pre-record your presentation for on-demand viewing or withdraw your presentation, please contact email@example.com and be sure to include your Control ID.
