MRS Meeting and Exhibit participants and members have responsibility, likely shared with their employer, for compliance with all applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations of federal, state and city governments; the facility; and the meeting, including,
but not limited to, observing public safety regulations and adhering to the MRS Code
of Conduct. Participants and members are responsible for complying with employer and contract obligations. Participants and members are encouraged to consult with their organizational or private counsel for guidance in complying with laws and
regulations, including government antitrust and trade statutes.

video production of presentations at all MRS events. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from MRS. Those who do not comply with the MRS recording policy may have their access to meeting content revoked.
Attendees or exhibitors are encouraged to network and enjoy the meeting experience. As such, capturing memories of casual meeting activities and networking is permitted with the permission of those being prominently photographed. Photographing formal
meeting presentations, posters, or displays is forbidden without permission of MRS and the presenter. Those who do not comply with the MRS Photo policy may have their access to meeting content revoked.
