Public Health Statement and Duty of Care: MRS is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all 2023 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit participants. We are working with the Moscone Center West regarding preventive measures related to public health concerns. Our decisions and preventive measures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and federal, state and local health authorities. Please refer to our Duty of Care.

MRS Code of Conduct and Policies: All MRS Meeting participants are expected to adhere to the MRS Code of Conduct and MRS policies on health and safety, recording, photography, publishing and more. Please review these important links prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a full refund until March 9, 2023. Those registered as professionals canceling between March 10 - April 9, 2023 will receive a refund of registration fees paid, less an administrative fee of $175. No refunds will be provided to those registered as students, retired or unemployed.  No refund will be made on cancellations on or after April 10, 2023.  View the full cancellation policy for more information.
