Premier Registration—New This Year!

New this year, the Device Research Conference was pleased to offer a Premier Registration option, created for our corporate participants who wished to show their support to our device community. This support enabled us to offer reduced registration fees that increased student participation.  We’ve decided to take the difficulty out of traditional sponsorship paperwork and give corporate entities an easy way to support DRC simply by registering!

Bronze Tier—$750

  • One full registration to the event including all Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts.  Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
     
  • Your company logo displayed prominently on our website with a link to your organization or LinkedIn page. Your company logo will also be included in the Chair's presentation at the DRC Opening Session*.
     
  • A cool name badge! (When we arrive in the post-Covid era!)
     
  • Our gratitude!

Silver Tier—$1,500

  • One full registration to the event including all Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts.  Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

  • Registration refund requests received on or before June 10, 2021
    Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee.
  • Registration refund requests received between June 11, 2021 and June 20, 2021
    Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, after review of the request by DRC and MRS.
  • Registration refund requests received after June 20, 2021
    No refunds will be provided.
