Public Health Statement and Duty of Care

The Electronic Materials Conference is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all meeting participants. We are working with the University of California, Santa Barbara regarding preventive measures related to public health concerns. Our decisions and preventive measures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and federal, state and local health authorities.

Please monitor email communications and check the meeting website for details and updates on preventive measures (e.g., face coverings, social distancing, testing requirements, etc.)  prior to traveling to the 2023 Electronic Materials Conference. Note that every attendee has the right to wear a face covering and/or to limit personal contact based upon personal preference. If you are not already receiving email updates from MRS about the Meeting, please update your communication preferences.
