Posters will be available for viewing Monday afternoon and Tuesday during the breaks as well as during the dedicated Poster Session itself on Monday evening at Lagoon Plaza. Please note the important scheduled times below.
Monday, June 26 (University Center, Lagoon Plaza)
- Poster Set–up—10:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Poster Viewing—3:00 pm – 3:20 pm (during afternoon break)
- Poster Session—6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
*Presenters should stand with their posters during the Poster Session to network and answer questions about their presentation. Student poster presenters must attend from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm to present the poster and answer questions to be eligible for the Best Student Poster Presentation award. Light refreshments will be provided.
Tuesday, June 27 (University Center, Lagoon Plaza)
- Poster Viewing—10:00 am – 10:20 am and 3:00 pm – 3:20 pm (during morning and afternoon breaks)
- Tear-Down—By 5:30 pm
*It is extremely important that you remove your poster by the teardown deadline. Posters not removed by the deadline will be discarded.
