*The Short Course will take place on Sunday, June 25. 

Dinner Reception Tickets

Conference attendees and companions are encouraged to attend the Conference Dinner Reception on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The full conference registration fee includes one Conference Dinner Reception ticket. Companion tickets may be purchased during preregistration for $80 and during standard registration for $90 and will be available for purchase on-site subject to availability.

  

 

Premier Registration

The Device Research Conference is pleased to offer a Premier Registration option, created for our corporate participants who wish to show their support to our device community. This support enables us to offer reduced registration fees that increased student participation. We’ve decided to take the difficulty out of traditional sponsorship paperwork and give corporate entities an easy way to support DRC simply by registering! Premier Registration is not required for any participant.

Deadline: June 9, 11:59 pm EDT (electronic recognition only)

Printed recognition deadline is May 4, 11:59 pm EDT

 

Bronze Tier—$999

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
     
  • Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish). We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.
     
  • Our gratitude!

 

Silver Tier—$1,749

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.
     
  • Your company logo prominently displayed on our website (with hyperlink to your organization or LinkedIn page if you wish). We will also include your logo in the Chair’s presentation at the DRC Opening Session for Premier Registrations received at least one week before the start of the Conference.
     
  • Distribution of a link to your website or LinkedIn for job requisitions at your company. We will email these links to all presenters who indicate that they are students.
     
  • Our gratitude!

Gold Tier—$2,499

  • One full registration to the event including Short Courses and a copy of the digital abstracts. Other people from your company can register as regular attendees without Premier Registration.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

  • Registration refund requests received on or before June 9, 2023: 
    Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee.
  • Registration refund requests received between June 10, 2023 and the start of the Conference: 
    Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, after review of the request by DRC and MRS.
  • Registration refund requests received after the start of the Conference: 
    No refunds will be provided.
