This event offered an excellent opportunity for those seeking a post-doc, national lab or industry position to meet with other young professionals and present their accomplishments to recruiters and hiring managers. During this special poster session, attendees:

• Networked with their peers in the job market and received feedback and resources for the job search
  
• Had a platform to present their work and developed their pitches and interview skills
  
• Met recruiters from across the world and explored their opportunities

Candidates who plan to register for the 2022 MRS Spring Meeting were invited to submit an abstract for this hybrid event.

Abstracts were due April 17, 2022

During the virtual meeting, candidates showcased a three-minute elevator-type pitch describing their prior work and pedagogy. Their presentations were uploaded to the MRS virtual meeting platform.
